This document is being released as addendum 2 to the Request for Bids (RFB) issued by the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA) for the Provision of an E-Government Procurement Suite (Software as a Service) – Under a Framework Agreement (KD/PPA/FR/ICB/2019/001) issued on 18th December 2019. The Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority has released this addendum with the intent to provide additional information to the potential bidders on the initial RFB sent out on 18th December 2019 and Addendum 1 published on 7th January 2020 to clarify some of the questions that have been received by the KADPPA on the RFB. Hence, the addendum 2 shall be an integral part of the RFB document.
