This guideline is issued pursuant to Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement Re-Enactment Law No. 4 of 2020 (hereinafter EKSPPRL-2020) as an update to the earlier released guideline of March 2020 but particularly in response to the emergency circumstances surrounding the novel Corona Virus Disease of 2019, otherwise known as COVID-19. In general, the provisions, practices and policies on public procurement are defined in the relevant laws and regulations
governing procurement in Ekiti State and Nigeria.
