Since the outbreak of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, socio-economic activities have been adversely affected in virtually all jurisdictions. Aside from the human and health impacts, Ekiti State has witnessed significant disruptions of the economic, business and commercial environments. While our government grapples with dwindling revenues, the knock-on effect on developmental projects has seen the twice-downward revision of the State’s Appropriation Law 2020.
