This guidelines has been issued pursuant to EKiti State Bureau of Public Procurement Law No 2. Of 2020 (as amended) in response to the emergency circumstances surrounding the novel Corona Virus Diseases of 2019, otherwise known as COVI9-19, In general, the provision, practices and policies on public procurement are defined in the relevant law and regulations governing procurement in Ekiti State and Nigeria.
